What is Kanji Tester?
A research project which generates randomized vocab and kanji tests for JLPT levels 3 and 4. It generates tests full of random questions like the one below.
A human teacher would create questions with misleading options ("distractors") to try to make your test more difficult. We use some intelligent linguistic models to do the same. We're not quite as good as a human teacher, but since every test we make is different, we have some advantages over hand-made tests.
What's it for?
Most people use Kanji Tester in one of two ways:
- To drill themselves, as a form of vocab study.
- To test themselves regularly after other forms of study, to measure their progress.
